4. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to FireDrop. By uploading content, you grant FireDrop a limited license to store, copy, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use it for purposes other than operating and maintaining the service without your consent.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state of our principal place of business, and the decision shall be final and binding.
